Master Image Technology offers a fourteen (14) day return policy to ensure your satifaction.
To return a product, please contact your Account Executive or our Customer Service Department (sales@mitglobalmedia.com).
Please have the following information on hand when calling:
• customer name
• invoice number
• the nature of the problem.
Prior to the return of any product to Master Image Technology, the customer must obtain an RMA number. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.
Our Returns Policy is subject to the following:
1. An RMA number must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. After fourteen (14) days have elapsed, the customer should contact the applicable warranty provider.
2. Returned product will be accepted only after the issuance of an RMA number.
3. Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories and blank warranty cards provided at the time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged or altered products and accessories.
4. Non-defective returns will be accepted only for exchange or store credit and will be charged a 15 percent re-stocking fee. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and must deliver product to Master Image Technology within seven (7) business days of the date the RMA is issued. Non-defective product returned to Master Image Technology after the expiration of this seven (7) day period will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.
